dutch whipped cream cake




  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 350 ml plant milk
  • 345 gram flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • pinch of salt
  • 200 grams sugar
  • 120 ml oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanila extract


  • 200 ml vegan whipped cream
  • 6 large strawberry’s
  • 1 kiwi
  • 24 blueberry’s
  • 6 grapes
  • 1 tangerine
  • 3 tablespoons strawberry jam


  • pre heat the oven at 180 °c
  • ad the flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar and salt to a large mixing bowl and combine
  • ad the vivegar, milk, oil and vanila extract to a other bowl and combine
  • ad the wet ingretients to the dry and mix until smooth
  • oil and line the springform and place in the oven for 25 minutes
  • let the cake cool down and then take it out of the springform
  • cut the cake in half so you have 2 layers of cake
  • spread the jam on the bottom layer of cake
  • cut 6 strawberry’s in slices and place over the jam
  • spread a thin layer of whipped cream over the strawberry’s and place the other layer of cake on top
  • spread the whipped cream over the cake and pipe little rozes on top
  • cut up your fruit and decorate the cake
  • enjoy!
