creamy mushroom spinach pasta


• 300 grams spinach

• 400 grams mushroom

• 250 grams pasta

• 500 ml vegan cream or milk

• 1liter mushroom or vegetable stok

• 5 teaspoons garlic powder

• 4 teaspoons coriander

• 2 teaspoons oregano

• 2 tablespoons corn starch

• 3 teaspoons nutritional yeast

• 1 large union

• 4 cloves garlic

• salt and pepper to taste


• chop up the garlic and union verry fine

• cook water for the stok and let the stok sit for a minute

• add the union and garlic to a large wok with a bit of oil or water and cook until the union is glassy

• add the corn starch to the wok and stir,then add a tablespoon of stok

• cut op the mushrooms and spinach and add them to the wok, add 2 tablespoons of stok and let it cook down

• add the spices, cream and stok to the wok, stir and let it begin to boil

• add the pasta to the wok stir and let it simmer until the pasta is cooked and the souce is the desired thickness. I cooked mine for 35 minutes

• serve and enjoy!
