filled bell pepper


• 5 red bell peppers

• 2 cups cooked rice

• 3 teaspoons rosemary

• 2 tablespoons smoked paprika

• 1 teaspoon garlic powder

• 1/2 leek

• 1 cup green peas

• 2 hands full spinach

• 100 grams vegan cheese or nutritional yeast

• 2 red unions

• 2 cloves of garlic

• 3 tablespoons cooked red lentils

• 100 grams vegan chicken or tofu


• pre heat the oven at 190°c

• chop up the union and garlic finely

• fry the union and garlic in a frying pan with a bit of oil until the union is glassy

• chop the spinach and leek and wash them

• add the spinach tofu/chicken and leek to the frying pan

• add the spices, peas and lentils cook for a few minutes

• mix the rice, cheese and veggies in a mixing bowl

• cut the bell peppers top of an empty the inside

• devide the mixture in to the peppers and put the top back on

• place the peppers in a oven dish and place in the oven and bake for 30 minutes

• serve and enjoy!
