double chocolate cake

 

ingredients:

cake

•   300 grams flour

•   300 grams brown sugar

•   6 tablespoons cocoa powder

•   2 thee spoons baking powder

•   1/2 thee spoon salt

•   7 tablespoons oil

•   1 thee spoon vanilla extract

•   2 thee spoons vinegar

•   375 ml non dairy milk

frosting

•   225 grams vegan butter

•   280 grams powdered sugar

•   65 grams cocoa powder

•   30 grams chocolate

•   2 thee spoons vanilla extract

•   1/4 cup almond milk

preparation:

•   preheat the oven at 180°c

•   add the flour, brown sugar, cocoapowder, baking powder and salt to a mixing bowl and mix together

•   add the oil, vanilla extract, milk and the vinegar to a mixing bowl and mix together

•   add your wet ingredients to your dry ingredients and mix them up until smooth

•   add to a springform and bake for 1 hour

•   let your butter soften out side the fridge for at least two hour

•   melt the chocolate

•   add the softened butter, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, melted chocolate, vanilla extract and almond milk to a mixing bowl and mix together until a nice cream consistency

•   when your cake is cooled down add the frosting to the top and sides of the cake, with the remaining frosting decorate the top of your cake

•   enjoy!
