epic veggie pizza




  • 250 grams flour
  • 150 ml lukewarm water
  • 3 thee spoons yeast
  • 1/2 thee spoon sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon oil


  • 1/2 red union
  • 1/2 red bell paper
  • 4 mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons kidney beans
  • 2 tablespoons corn
  • 2 table spoons green pesto
  • 100 grams tomato puree
  • 1/2 tablespoon Italian herbs


  • add the yeast and sugar to the lukewarm water and stir
  • add the flour, salt, oil and yeast paste to a bowl stir until it is all incorporated
  • transfer the dough to your counter witch is sprinkled with a bit of flour
  • stretch the dough out and fold back down do this for 7 minutes
  • take a towel and wet it under the hot tap lay over the bowl with the dough inside and let rise for 1 hour
  • preheat the oven at 180 °c
  • cut the veggies in to pieces
  • add the herbs to the tomato paste
  • roll out your dough and add the tomato paste then add the veggies, beans ans pesto
  • bake for 25 minutes
  • enjoy!
