creamy veggie dipper



  • 3 potatoes
  • 1 cup green peas
  • 2 leeks
  • 400 grams black beans
  • 200 grams tomato puree
  • 1,5 tablespoons Italian herbs
  • 3 cups non dairy milk
  • 2 garlic cloves


  • preheat your oven at 180°c
  • cut your potatoes in to long thick strips
  • bake in the oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown
  • chop up the garlic and leek in to small pieces
  • put your leek and garlic in a large wok with a bit of oil or water and cook until a bit soft
  • now add the beans, peas, herbs and tomato puree in to your wok and stir
  • add the non dairy milk stir and let simmer for 7 minutes stir again and let simmer for 5 minutes and its ready to serve
  • enjoy!
