barbecue burgers

 

ingredients:

kidney bean union burger (left in picture)

  • 200 grams kidney beans
  • 2 spring unions
  • 2 basil stalks
  • 2 parsley stalks
  • 2 coriander stalks
  • 1 red union
  • 8 tablespoons bread crumbs

preparation:

  • chop up your spring union, red union, coriander, parsley and basil
  • put the unions, herbs and the kidney beans in your food processor until almost everything is blended together
  • transfer your mixture to a bowl, and mix the bread crumbs in with your mixture
  • make 4 even burgers, by dividing your mixture in 4 and making balls from it. then flatten them between your palms
  • bake on the grill or in a frying pan, 4 minutes each side
  • enjoy!

nut veggie burger (right on the picture)

ingredients:

  • 4 tablespoons withe beans
  • 3 coriander talks
  • 1 basil stalk
  • 1 parsley stalk
  • 4 small carrots
  • 2,5 tablespoons sweet corn
  • 2 tablespoons green peas
  • 3 tablespoons of chopped hazelnuts
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped walnuts
  • pinch of salt
  • 3 thee spoons of non dairy milk
  • 10 tablespoons of bread crumbs

preparation:

  • cut up your coriander, basil, parsley and carrots
  • put all your veggies in a bowl except the beans
  • put your nuts, herbs, beans and the salt in your food processor and blend until almost smooth
  • put your nut mixture in with your veggies
  • put in the bread crumbs and mix everything together
  • divide in 6 even balls and flatten each one between your palms
  • bake on the grill or in the frying pan, 4 minutes each side
  • enjoy!
