oat pancakes

 

ingredients:

  • 150 grams oats
  • 3 tablespoons raw cane sugar
  • 1 the spoon baking powder
  • 1/2 thee spoon cinnamon
  • 300 ml almond milk

preparation:

  • put your oats in your food processor and blend until it looks like flour
  • mix your oat flower, sugar, cinnamon and baking powder
  • mix in your almond milk until your mixture is smooth
  • in a frying pan with a bit of oil, bake your pancakes 4 minutes each side in medium heat
  • garnish with your favorite topping
  • enjoy!
