veggie pizza

ingredients:

dough

  • 250 grams of flour
  • 150 ml lukewarm water
  • 3 thee spoon of yeast
  • 1/2 thee spoon sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 3 tablespoons of oil

topping

  • 3 tablespoons of corn
  • 1/2 leek
  • 1/2 red bell paper
  • 1/2 withe union
  • 1/2 red union
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato puree
  • 1 tablespoon of Italian herbs
  • 4 large chestnut mushroom
  • 1/2 thee spoon chili flakes

preparation:

dough

  • mix the sugar and yeast in 50 ml of lukewarm water
  • mix the flour, salt,oil, the rest of the water and your yeast paste together
  • knead to a ball
  • sprinkle some flour over your counter top lay your dough ball on top and sprinkle some flour on your dough
  • hold with your fingertips the part of the dough closed to you and with the palm of your other hand you stretch it out away from you, and fold back down. repeat for 3 minutes and put back in to your bowl
  • keep a clean towel under the hot tap until wet and hot, wring out and place over  your bowl
  • let rise for 30 minutes and hold the towel under the hot water tap again, wring out and let rise for 30 minutes again

pizza

  • heat the oven up at 200 °c
  • mix the tomato puree with the herbs
  • dice the veggies
  • with a dough roller make your dough slightly flat
  • continue molding your dough with your hand until desired shape and thickness
  • lay your dough on your baking tray and smear the tomato sauce on top
  • divide all of your veggies on your pizza and bake for 30 minutes
  • enjoy!
