teriyaki veggies

ingredients:

  • 400 grams of preboiled potatoes
  • 4 large carrots
  • 200 grams of sugar snaps
  • 200 grams of corn
  • 400 grams of lentils
  • 5 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce without milk

preparation:

  • cut the carrots and sugar snaps in small pieces
  • put 2 frying pans on medium  heat with 2 tablespoons of oil each
  • in one of the frying pans you put the deiced carrots and sugar snaps, in the other you put the potatoes
  •  after 5 minutes you’re  gonna put in the lentils, corn and teriyaki sauce with your deiced veggies, stir every ones in a while
  •  when your veggies and potatoes are done you’re ready to serve
  • enjoy!
