easy curry



  • 4 medium sized potatoes
  • 1 ┬áleek
  • 1 red bell paper
  • 270 grams of lentils
  • 270 grams chickpeas
  • 2 cups of rice
  • 1 tablespoon of curry powder
  • 1 union
  • 1,5 liters of water


  • dice the union in to small pieces and roast in a saucepan with 1 tablespoon of oil
  • slice the potatoes in small pieces and add to the saucepan
  • add the water, put the heat on low and add the curry powder stir every 5 minutes
  • put a pan with water to the boil, when the water is boiling add the rice
  • cut the bell paper and leek in to small pieces
  • add the lentils, chickpeas, bell paper an leek to the saucepan, keep steering every 5 minutes
  • add salt and pepper to personal preference and serve all together
  • enjoy!
