chocolate fudge cupcakes


8 cupcakes


  • 300 grams of flour
  • 3 thee spoons of baking powder
  • 50 grams of cacao
  • 250 grams of brown sugar
  • 9 tablespoons of sunflower oil
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar
  • 250 ml of almond milk
  • 3 tablespoons of vegan hazelnut spread
  • 1 thee spoon of vanilla extract


  • heat the oven up at 200 °C
  • mix the flour, brown sugar, cacao and baking powder together
  • add the vinegar, almond milk, vanilla extract and the sunflower oil and whisk until smooth
  • put one tablespoon of the mixture in each cupcake mold
  • divide the hazelnut spread over your cupcake molds
  • divide the rest of the mixture over the molds
  • bake for 25 minutes
  • enjoy!
